BDC provided the Structural Engineering services in relation to the residential development comprising 112 apartments arranged over 5 Blocks up to 6 stories supported on piled foundations. The RC frame included the used of precast columns, pre-cast walls and also utilised Bamtec roll our reinforcement in the floor slabs to reduce the construction programme.
