BDC provided Structural and Civil Engineering services in relation to the project which included 3 medium rise residential blocks of 10, 14 and 18 stories respectively forming 141 residential units, in addition to a landscaped podium structure with parking beneath and a small retail unit, all located on a compact site adjacent to Ilford Station.
The residential blocks are all constructed in reinforced concrete off piled foundations around a shear core used to provide overall stability.
